Step into the mangroves and

Move along the water’s edge......

..............A branch .........

I sit, and take a deep breath.

Cool, clean breeze.........

Warm in sun..........Restful in shade.......

Rhythmically moving water.

White heron across stream........

In shadows between mangrove trunks.......

Saplings thick together..........

Light filters through........

Breeze gently punctuating stillness.

Tiny ripples lapping quietly..........

Breathing in ....... and ......out ..........

In .......... and ...... out ..........

Water moving effortlessly ....between....back and forth .....

Light dappling soundlessly, gently touching ........

Small fish flickering ............

Tiny crabs scurrying ...........

Cicadas buzzing ........

Jellyfish pulse voluminously.

Moonsnails trailmaking .........

Emerald green bristleworms ............

Wriggling sinuously............
